Ali, RDH
Hygienist

Ali is a pediatric hygienist and has been in the dental field for over 16 years, 8 of those years in pediatrics. She also starteted her career as a dental assistant.
Ali says, “I absolutley LOVE helping children with their dental care. Learning about them as people as watching them grow is one of my favorite parts of my job!”

Katie, CDA, RDA
Clinical Lead

Katie is a Michigan native with more than 17 years of experience as a dental assistant. She recently earned her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential through Washtenaw Community College, further strengthening her commitment to providing exceptional care for children.
Katie loves helping children overcome their fear of the dentist and takes pride in watching them grow in confidence with each visit. She is passionate about creating a positive, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, comfortable, and excited to care for their smile.

Debbie
Front Office Administrator

Debbie has been in the dental field for over 20 years! She started her dental career as an assistant but now enjoys her position being a welcoming face at the front desk. Her passion has always been working with children in pediatrics. 
She has 2 adult children, 2 bonus adult children and 2 grandchildren. She has two dogs Lilly & Onyx and one cat, Willow! 
In her spare time, you will find Debbie relaxing on her boat during the summer or exercising the use of her passport while she and her husband Donnie travel to their happy place, Isla Mujeres, Mexico.

Front Desk Administrator

Allie is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors, and she loves making every family feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Whether she’s explaining treatment plans, helping families navigate insurance benefits, or spending time with kids in our office living room, Allie is dedicated to making every visit as smooth, fun, and stress-free as possible.
A proud Michigan native and Eastern Michigan University graduate, Allie enjoys traveling, tackling home improvement projects with her husband, and hiking with their Border Collie, Winston. She loves building relationships with our patients and helping create a positive dental experience for every child and family who visits our office.

Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelly is a pediatric dental hygienist who is passionate about helping children feel safe, comfortable, and excited about visiting the dentist. She graduated from the Jackson College Dental Hygiene Program in 2022 and has since dedicated her career to pediatric dentistry, continually expanding her knowledge and skills while caring for young patients.
Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and son, camping, fishing, and paddleboarding on the lake. She also loves life at home with her two dogs, Murphy and Harper, and her cat, Mabel.

Alexis
Dental Assistant

Alexis is a Michigan native who began her dental career as a high school co-op student in 2023. She quickly discovered a passion for pediatric dentistry and has loved caring for little smiles ever since. Her favorite part of working at our practice is getting to know each child, helping them feel comfortable and excited about visiting the dentist, and watching them grow over the years.
Outside the office, Alexis enjoys fishing, spending time with family and friends, exploring Up North, and making memories with her dog, Remi.

Aivree is a compassionate and hardworking dental assistant who is passionate about helping children feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. She is currently attending Jackson College while pursuing her goal of becoming a dental hygienist, and she loves learning new skills and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Growing up on a farm taught Aivree the value of responsibility, patience, and hard work. Outside the office, she enjoys paddleboarding, fishing, traveling, and showing livestock. She is excited to continue growing in the dental field and is committed to making every patient’s visit a positive and caring experience.

Brady
Therapy dog

Our resident Bernedoodle pup is a certified therapy dog. He specializes in providing comfort to all of our patients and their families. You can request a visit with Brady during your dental appointment, simply by letting us know during your scheduling call.
